“I am very pleased to join and become part of Holifield Janich Rachal & Associates. I’ve known Al Holifield for over fifteen years, and I’ve watched as he has created a strong base of administrative and attorney support for an ERISA litigation and fiduciary advices practice,” said Robert. Robert also notes that “I have enjoyed my time and value the experience gained at Proskauer, which has a premier ERISA practice. Changes in the practice and in technology have enhanced the opportunities for smaller boutique firms to do certain complex ERISA litigation and advices work. I hope to marry my skills and experience with the resources of our new firm to provide high quality ERISA work to our clients in a cost-effective manner.”
